Ms. Mattie

Mattie is the assistant in the younger twos. She is a natural with all children and brings a calming, playful, nurturing presence into the classroom.

While in high school she received a certificate in Early Childhood Development and interned in the North Buncombe Preschool for a semester. She has worked in child care for the last 3 years with the last 2 at NAPS.

She is currently pursuing a degree at AB Tech. Mattie loves spending time with her friends, being outside, doing art and cuddling with her cat.
